O. Z. Navigator was created as a partnership between Nitze-Stagen and Housing Diversity Corporation—two Seattle firms with a deep shared dedication to designing the built environment and engaging in placemaking to create vibrant communities and improve the lives of those living and working in them. Towards this end, O. Z. Navigator chooses its projects because we believe they will create benefit for their communities. We design our buildings with input from the community. We seek retail tenants that the community has asked for. Finally, we engage with government, PDAs and community groups to help build the future of the neighborhood together.
